"We", "us", "our", "Bunkerdedi" refer to the operator of this website and its services. "Client", "you" refers to any person or entity that registers an account or purchases a Service.

Eligibility

Our Services are intended for users 18 years of age or older. By purchasing a Service, you confirm you are at least 18 and have the authority to enter into this agreement, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization.

Acceptable Use

Our Services may only be used for lawful purposes. You may not use our Services to store, distribute, or facilitate:

  • Malware, phishing kits, or other malicious code
  • Child sexual abuse material in any form
  • Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material at scale
  • Attacks against third-party systems (DDoS, port scanning, unauthorized intrusion attempts)
  • Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging
  • Content or activity that is illegal under applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Service used in violation of this policy, with or without notice, where required to protect our network or comply with the law.

Orders and Service Activation

Services are generally activated automatically upon successful payment. Some orders may be subject to manual review before activation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Billing and Payments

  • Fees are billed in advance for the billing cycle selected at checkout.
  • We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, which may include card payments and cryptocurrency.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the Service.
  • We may change pricing for future billing cycles; existing paid terms are honored as billed.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support to request one.

Service Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate a Service for: non-payment, violation of these Terms, abuse of shared network resources, or at your request. Upon termination, data associated with the Service may be deleted and is not recoverable unless you have your own backups.

Support

Support is provided via our ticketing system. We aim to respond to technical issues promptly, but do not guarantee a specific resolution time or outcome for every request. See our Service Level Agreement for uptime and response-time commitments.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunkerdedi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the affected Service during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bunkerdedi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
